Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mysore for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and ensuring effective human resources management within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing recruitment, employee onboarding, managing payroll, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong skills in Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Proficiency in overall Human Resources (HR) functions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in geospatial data industry is a plus
