We’re Hiring! – 3D Modeling / BIM Team Lead Location: Mysore Company: AtomGeo Pvt Ltd Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the 3D modeling team to deliver high-quality outputs. Review and validate 3D models and 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for accuracy and standards. Oversee model optimization for performance and precision. Ensure timely delivery of all modeling and drafting tasks. Mentor, train, and support junior modelers and drafters. Coordinate with project managers and clients for smooth workflows. Key Skills Required: Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with: Autodesk Revit AutoCAD 2D & 3D Leica Cyclone / Cyclone Register / CloudWorx / Recap / Navisworks 3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp Expertise in working with point cloud data (LAS, E57, RCP). Deep understanding of BIM standards (LOD100–LOD500). Proficiency in producing 2D plans, sections, and elevations from point cloud/CAD inputs.
