3D Modeling / BIM Team Lead – AtomGeo Pvt Ltd, Mysore

Company Description

ATOMGEO Private Limited specializes in processing high-quality geospatial data. The company is known for its expertise in power line classification and geospatial data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide & train the BIM/3D modeling team

• Review 3D models & 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations)

• Work with point cloud data (LAS, E57, RCP)

• Deliver precise BIM outputs (LOD100–LOD500)

• Ensure QC, accuracy & timely project completion

• Interact with clients and project managers

• Mentor junior modelers and support team development

Skills Required

• Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, CloudWorx, Cyclone, Recap, Navisworks

• 3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp

• Scan-to-BIM workflows

• Revit family creation

• Industrial & as-built modeling

• Strong leadership & communication

Experience:

Qualifications

• Experience in Animation Direction, Animation, and Previsualization
• In-depth knowledge of BIM and 3D modeling tools and methodologies
• Experience in managing projects related to geospatial data or similar domains is a plus
