Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the 3D modeling team to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Review and validate 3D models and 2D drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations) for accuracy and standards.
• Oversee model optimization for performance and precision.
• Ensure timely delivery of all modeling and drafting tasks.
• Mentor, train, and support junior modelers and drafters.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients for smooth workflows.

Key Skills Required:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Autodesk Revit
• AutoCAD 2D & 3D
• Leica Cyclone / Cyclone Register / CloudWorx / Recap / Navisworks
• 3ds Max / Blender / SketchUp
• Expertise in working with point cloud data (LAS, E57, RCP).
• Deep understanding of BIM standards (LOD100–LOD500).
• Proficiency in producing 2D plans, sections, and elevations from point cloud/CAD inputs.
• Knowledge of topographic, architectural & industrial modeling workflows.
• Familiarity with texturing, rendering, and mesh processing.
• Understanding of geospatial and surveying data integration.

Leadership & Project Skills:

• Proven experience leading a 3D modeling/BIM team.
• Strong QC mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication & team coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to new technologies.

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in 3D modeling / BIM.
• Experience in as-built & industrial plant modeling is a plus.
• Exposure to scan-to-BIM workflows & Revit family creation preferred.
• Experience delivering 2D architectural drawings from point cloud data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
