About the Role:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee integration.
• Design and execute employee engagement initiatives tailored for creative and fast-paced teams.
• Oversee HR operations, including payroll, attendance, and employee records.
• Support leadership in performance management, appraisals, and training programs.
• Foster a positive work culture aligned with the needs of a creative workforce.
• Ensure HR policies, compliance, and company standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven HR experience (experience in a 

  creative agency setup is highly preferred

  ).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with 

  advertising agencies, digital marketing firms, design studios, or creative-led companies

• Exceptional candidates with creative agency backgrounds may be considered for
