Human Resources Executive

About the Role Pericent is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **HR Executive** to support our growing team. This role requires hands-on experience in core HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement. The HR Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day HR processes while fostering a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities  Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.  Maintain accurate employee records, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.  Assist in HR policy implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.  Coordinate employee engagement activities** and team-building initiatives.  Support performance appraisal cycles and training programs. Handle employee queries and ensure transparent communication within the organization. Prepare HR-related reports for management. Required Skills & Qualifications Achelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). 1–3 years ofproven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role. Good understanding of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee relations).  Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software/HRMS tools.  Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. Why Join Pericent?
