Urgent Hiring || HR Manager || Andheri East, Mumbai Profile:- HR & Admin Manager Experience:- Min 3 Year CTC:- Upto 4.8 LPA (Depend on the interview) Location:- Andheri East, Mumbai Working Days:- 6 Days Key Responsibilities: • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new employees. • Manage employee relations, address concerns, and promote a positive workplace culture. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws. • Administer employee benefit programs and maintain accurate HR records. • Collaborate with department heads to assess training and development needs. • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. • Oversee disciplinary matters and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner. • Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and vendor relationships. • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management. • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and HRMS software’s. • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
