We seek a skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, the HR Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, HR policy making, resolving queries, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including offer roll-out and onboarding.
• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
•  Monitor employee attendance and track leaves in the HR system.
• Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs.
• Oversee exit formalities, including resignations and final settlements.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and grievances.
• Designing and implementing the company’s HR policies.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRMS (e.g., Zoho People).

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. (Mandatory).
• 1-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
• Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
