Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a UI/UX Designer located in Gurugram. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for tasks such as design thinking, user research, visual design, UX design, and prototyping to create seamless and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and develop user personas that reflect user needs, goals, and behaviors.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and solutions.
• Design intuitive visual interfaces that align with the product’s functionality and user expectations.
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and design assets consistent with the brand’s identity and style guidelines.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, accessible, and compliant with current industry standards.
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design thinking process, wireframes, prototypes, and final outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools like InVision, Axure, or similar.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
