We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging AI-powered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will collaborate with AI engineers, product managers, and developers to design seamless and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for AI-powered applications, ensuring intuitive navigation and accessibility
Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools
Collaborate with AI engineers to enhance user interactions with AI-driven insights, chatbots, and automation
Define and maintain design systems and component libraries for consistency across products
Work closely with product managers and developers to translate requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences
Optimize designs for responsiveness, performance, and accessibility
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, AI-driven design methodologies, and industry best practices

Required Skills Qualifications

3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in AI-driven applications
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience working with AI-enhanced UI features, data visualization, or conversational interfaces is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience designing AI-driven user experiences or chatbot interfaces
Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Preferred skills include AI UX best practices, ethical considerations in AI-driven design, and principles of human-AI interaction
Proficiency in AI-powered personalization, LLM-based UI experiences, and designing for AI-driven decision-making to align with emerging trends
