Key Responsibilities

• Assist with

  statutory compliance

  under Indian Labour Laws including Contract Labour Act, PF, ESI, and related regulations
• Support documentation, statutory filings, and coordination during inspections
• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment support

  for engineers, site staff, and blue-collar workforce
• Act as a point of contact for

  employee relations and basic grievance handling

• Maintain employee records, collect and verify site attendance, and assist in

  payroll processing and HR administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  HR / Business Administration

  or related field
• 2–5 years of HR experience (Construction / Infrastructure / Manufacturing preferred)
• Working knowledge of

  labour laws and statutory compliance

• Good communication skills in

  English and Malayalam or Hindi
