Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to manage the entire talent acquisition process, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires. (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizing and managing campus placement activities to attract diverse talent pools. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in developing and implementing effective employee engagement strategies with a focus on improving workplace culture. (Mandatory skill)
  • Familiarity with people analytics to assess workforce trends and drive data-driven HR decisions.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software for efficient HR management and data maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of labor relations, including knowledge of relevant laws and practices within the financial services industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with employees and management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive workplace environment conducive to growth and innovation.
  • Post Graduate in MBA (HR) or MHRM is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates to meet company needs.
