· Maintain Employee Records – Manage accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel files.
· Payroll Support – Coordinate payroll inputs, salary processing, and statutory deductions.
· Compliance Management – Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and internal HR policies.
· End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
· HR Operations – Oversee daily administrative tasks like attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates and prepare and maintain MIS reports related to HR operations.
· Grievance Handling – Address employee concerns professionally and escalate where necessary.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication in English, Gujarati, Hindi
• Proficiency in using job portals and HRMS
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
