Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Ludhiana. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overall HR management. Day-to-day activities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring legal compliance within the HR functions.

• Employee Relations and HR Policies skills
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Relevant Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
