Job Title : Information Technology (IT) Network Engineer Experience : 35 Years Qualification : BCA / MCA / B.E / M.E / B.Sc / M.Sc in IT or Computer Science Industry Type : IT Services / System Integration / Infrastructure Support Job Type : Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise-level hardware systems, network infrastructure, and IT security tools. The role involves maintaining desktops, laptops, servers, and ensuring robust network connectivity, including troubleshooting and configuring various IT infrastructure components. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, and workstations across departments. Administer and support LAN/WAN network configurations and performance. Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and firewalls. Configure and maintain Domain Controllers, Web Servers, and Firewall systems. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 7, 10, and related system software. Perform system administration tasks on Exchange Servers and Anti-virus servers. Configure and support logical networking for client-server and peer-to-peer environments. Ensure system security through patching, firewall monitoring, and antivirus management. Maintain and support access control systems and CCTV surveillance networks. Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Office Suite and productivity tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure uptime. Required Skillsets Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 7/10), Active Directory, and Group Policies Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting LAN/WAN networks Experience with server configuration (Windows Server, Web Server, Mail Server) Familiarity with firewall administration (e.g., SonicWall, FortiGate, Sophos) Hands-on experience with Exchange Server, DNS, DHCP, and Anti-virus systems Working knowledge of hardware (desktops, laptops, workstations) maintenance Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Experience with IT security practices and data protection methods Familiarity with access control and CCTV system setup and maintenance Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset (ref:hirist.tech) Show more Show less
