Human Resources Executive

ibs fulcro, a leading digital agency, is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for a fresher or a candidate with up to 1-2 years of experience who is passionate about recruitment and HR generalist functions. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, a hard worker, and capable of working independently with excellent spoken English competency. You will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition and managing core HR operations to support our innovative and fast-paced digital agency. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment : Source, screen, and recruit top talent using platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn Job Posts. Conduct initial interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to build a strong team for our digital projects. HR Generalist Functions : Manage employee lifecycle processes, including induction, onboarding, and exit formalities, ensuring a seamless experience. Payroll & Attendance : Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management in compliance with company policies. Employee Welfare : Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare programs to foster a creative and inclusive workplace culture. Documentation & Compliance : Maintain accurate employee records and ensure adherence to HR policies and local regulations. Induction & Training : Facilitate new hire inductions and coordinate training sessions to support employee growth in a dynamic digital environment. Requirements: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience : Fresher or up to 2 year of experience in HR, recruitment, or related roles. Skills : Excellent spoken and written English communication skills, essential for a client-facing digital agency. Familiarity with recruitment platforms like Naukri and LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of payroll, attendance, and leave management processes. Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
