Role Summary

Responsibilities


Talent Acquisition Support:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment administration process, including posting job advertisements on various platforms, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and manage candidate databases, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant onboarding documentation.


Onboarding and Offboarding Management:

  • Administer the new hire onboarding process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed, systems access is granted, and a welcoming environment is provided to new employees.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews, final settlement calculations, and documentation.


HR Administration and Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records (both digital and physical) in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Process HR-related documentation, including employment verifications, leave requests, and performance review records.
  • Generate HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and leave utilization, as required.
