Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Support HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with necessary laws.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Handle employee queries and support grievance.
  • Assist with payroll inputs, documentation, and HR reporting.
  • Participate in HR audits and process improvements.



Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR role.
  • Familiarity with HRMS software and recruitment platforms.
  • Good understanding of necessary laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.



Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to payroll or compliance handling.
  • Experience with employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
