Job Description

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Support HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with necessary laws.
Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee queries and support grievance.
Assist with payroll inputs, documentation, and HR reporting.
Participate in HR audits and process improvements.

Key Requirements:

Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in an HR role.
Familiarity with HRMS software and recruitment platforms.
Good understanding of necessary laws and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills:

Exposure to payroll or compliance handling.
Experience with employee engagement.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
