Human Resources Executive

As a Human Resources (HR) Executive at our company located in Navsari, you will be responsible for various HR functions to ensure the smooth running of the HR department. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, you will play a critical role in supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews, as well as handling onboarding procedures. You will be tasked with updating and maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave data accurately. Additionally, you will be expected to support HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws while coordinating training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities. Your role will also involve addressing employee queries and grievances effectively, participating in HR audits, and contributing to process improvements. To excel in this position, you must possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with HRMS software, recruitment platforms, and a good understanding of HR laws and best practices are essential. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and maintain confidentiality.
