Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies aligned with company objectives. Key responsibilities include handling recruitment processes, managing onboarding and offboarding activities, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The role also involves working closely with teams to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) processes
• Strong expertise in HR Operations and Employee Relations
• In-depth understanding of HR Policies and their implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in HR-related software and tools is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Handle end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave & HR MIS
• Support payroll inputs & basic compliance coordination
• Manage employee engagement & address HR queries
• Handle exit formalities & full and final settlement
