Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Electrical Site Manager based in Pune. The candidate will oversee electrical installations, coordinate and manage site operations, troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, ensure safety compliance, and manage power distribution systems. They will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Manage end-to-end electrical & PLC automation activities at site
• Supervise PLC panel installation, panel wiring, testing & commissioning
• Coordinate with project engineers, electricians, vendors, and clients
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, PLC I/O lists & schematics
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and safety compliance
• Monitor daily site progress and submit site reports
• Handle troubleshooting of PLC panels and electrical systems
• Ensure proper material usage and site inventory control
• Support FAT/SAT and final project handover
