Position Overview:

HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on various platforms
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documents
• Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding processes
• Support payroll processing and maintain attendance and leave records
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
• Assist in organizing team-building activities, celebrations, and employee engagement programs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
• Prepare HR reports and analytics to support decision-making
• Collaborate with various departments to support a positive work culture

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in HR roles (recruitment and operations preferred)
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
