Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for a team of 15 employees and oversee smooth workplace functioning.
• Handle recruitment: source, screen, and hire qualified candidates across various departments.
• Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth induction of new employees.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll inputs, and employee data management.
• Create and implement HR policies in alignment with company culture and compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
• Support management in performance evaluation and training needs.
• Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and act as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience (2 years) as an HR Executive/Officer/Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR functions (payroll, recruitment, compliance, performance management).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools will be an added advantage.
