About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design engaging graphics for packaging, labels, posters, brochures, and other marketing collaterals.
• Develop creative content for digital platforms, including social media posts, ads, website banners, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and product visuals for promotional use.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, and digital design work.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to think outside the box.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of print processes and digital design standards is a plus.
