Human Resources Executive

Role Overview: As an HR Executive at CivicMinds Inc., you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent to join the organization. Your main responsibility will be managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals. - Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate in-person interviews. - Assess candidates" qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles. - Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to keep candidate records updated and generate recruitment reports. - Coordinate job offers, negotiate salary packages, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. - Conduct employee engagement activities for creating a healthy work environment within the company. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA in HR preferred. - 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. - Solid understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. - Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). - High level of integrity and confidentiality.,
