As an Human Resources Executive, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top-notch talent to support our growing organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and select qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical positions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and job boards, to attract potential candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and professional competencies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive talent acquisition strategies, such as attending job fairs and industry events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of technology-related roles, skills, and trends.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage top talent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and team members.
- Ability to conduct thorough interviews and accurately assess candidates' qualifications.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
