Overview

Lead Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications. 
• Participate in development, taking care of design & implementation of complex scenarios in the project. 
• Breaking down the requirements and make those suitable for development by engineering team. 
• Oversee a team of developers – provide technical direction, support, and mentorship. 
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery. 
• Manage client communication, updates, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Work on multiple technologies as needed, adapting quickly to new stacks or tools. 
• Translate UI/UX designs into functional, responsive front-end code. 
• Build, integrate, and document RESTful APIs; ensure secure, scalable backend services. 
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, refactoring, and best practices. 
• Optimize performance for speed and scalability across both frontend and backend. 
• Contribute to architectural decisions and deployment strategies. 

Technical Requirements

• 4+ years of full stack development experience. 
• Expertise in Node.js and either Angular or React (both preferred). 
• Experience in managing and leading development teams. 
• Strong client-facing and communication skills. 
• Hands-on with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS. 
• Comfortable working across multiple technology stacks and tools. 
• Experience using design tools like Figma or Canva to translate UI into code. 
• Familiarity with ORM tools (TypeORM, Prisma, Sequelize, etc.). 
• Knowledge of version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD practices. 
• Exposure to cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or willingness to learn. 
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and scalable architectures. 
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. 

Nice to Have

• Experience with both Angular and React. 
• Exposure to additional frontend frameworks like Vue.js. 
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). 
• Understanding of DevOps tools and cloud-native development. 
• Previous experience working with international clients.
