Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and maintain existing ones. 
• Participate in constructive discussions to solve technical & non-technical issues. 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code ensuring backend performance and responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces. 
• Stay updated with and learn new technologies and frameworks as needed for application features. 
• Create and consume RESTful APIs; document APIs using Swagger or similar tools. 
• Implement UI designs using HTML, CSS & JavaScript, following best practices and design guidelines. 
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. 
• Participate in peer code reviews and maintain coding standards. 
• Coordinate effectively with clients, particularly U.S.-based clients, with some overlap in working hours. 
• Willingness to learn cloud services and actively participate in releases and deployments. 

Technical Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in full stack development. 
• Strong proficiency in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. 
• Ability to create pixel-perfect UIs from design tools like Figma or Canva. 
• Solid backend experience with

  Node.js

• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and performance tuning on both front-end and backend. 
• Experience with ORM frameworks like TypeORM, Prisma, etc. 
• Hands-on experience with GitHub or other version control systems; familiarity with branching strategies and release workflows. 
• Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) or willingness to learn. 
• Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. 
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Advocate for writing clean code and promoting coding best practices within the team. 

Nice to Have

• Exposure to additional front-end frameworks like React.js or Vue.js. 
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tools. 
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
