Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Mumbai. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for hiring and recruiting, focusing on IT recruitment, employer branding, and maintaining effective communication with potential candidates. Daily tasks include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
