Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director will be responsible for overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, and performance management. Duties include ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, developing and implementing HR strategies, and managing the overall HR operations to support the organization's growth and culture.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), including HR strategy development and HR operations
• Experience with HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Performance Management skills
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
