Compliance Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and local regulations (EPF, ESI, Shops & Establishment Act, Minimum Wages, POSH, etc.)
• Conduct regular internal HR audits and statutory compliance checks across departments and locations.
• Update and maintain all HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory changes.
• Liaise with government bodies, legal consultants, and auditors as required.
• Oversee employee grievance redressal and internal investigations.
• Manage timely submissions of returns, licenses, inspections, and documentation.
• Conduct compliance training and awareness sessions for HR staff and functional heads.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of employee records and contracts.

Who We’re Looking For

• 7–15 years of core HR experience with strong exposure to

  HR compliance and statutory processes

  .
• Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and audit/reporting frameworks.
• Experience handling compliance for multi-departmental or multi-location teams is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical mindset, and proactive communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, or related discipline.

• Candidates based in or near Surat will be given preference.
