This position holds responsibility for managing both the people and their performance, as well as talent development, within the Indian business context. It plays a crucial role in fostering a seamless connection between individuals and the business by implementing effective communication and initiatives aimed at enhancing learning, engagement, and performance. These efforts have a direct influence on the current timeframe, while also considering and preparing for future business scenarios.
This role is essential in providing support to People Managers to enhance their effectiveness in overseeing their teams' performance and development. Additionally, this role collaborates closely with stakeholders on a variety of HR projects and initiatives, providing assistance in promoting employer branding and culture enhancements.
The candidate should have the below skill sets,
➤ 8 to 12 years of practical experience in Human Resources or roles related to people management.
➤ A minimum of 4 years of experience in actively engaging and coaching people managers.
➤ Demonstrated capability and enthusiasm for working with data to effectively present metrics, outcomes, progress reports, and compliance information.
➤ Possesses the flexibility and resilience to influence stakeholders positively.
➤ Previous experience working with expatriates and in a global context is advantageous.
➤ Displays a strong interest and proficiency in handling data, metrics, analysis, and staying informed about trends.
➤ Adaptable to thrive in a highly diverse and fast-paced work environment, with a strong sense of urgency.
➤ Embraces an open mindset, exhibits curiosity, and has a willingness to learn.
➤ Willingness to be flexible to work in a UK Shift
The job roles and responsibilities are,
➤ Lead the Human Resources function for a specific business unit and collaborate closely with key stakeholders to formulate and execute the HR strategy for the organization, ensuring the successful attainment of business objectives.
➤ Develop a strong grasp of the challenges faced by the business, its organizational structure, and talent-related issues to identify pertinent training requirements.
➤ Provide assistance in managing change initiatives, guaranteeing the effective implementation of Organizational Development (OD) interventions, which includes educating and communicating with the workforce.
➤ Conduct research into emerging industry trends and adapt them to align with our organization's practices and offerings, ensuring they remain in tune with evolving needs.
➤ Prepare presentations and accompanying trends for the leadership team, enabling them to make recommendations and drive changes related to HR and People-related matters.
➤ Possess experience in maintaining and enhancing key performance metrics such as absence rates, work adherence, and collaboration within the organization.
➤ Demonstrate expertise in launching satisfaction surveys, extracting trends, and ensuring that the necessary actions are taken to address the identified issues.
