Key areas of responsibility:


1. Knowing the pulse of the account by regular meetings with the team and having a connect through quarterly SKIPS with all the employees in the accounts.

2. Business Partnering with BU Heads in managing all people related matters for the account.

3. Monthly one-on-ones with Project Managers and attendance at monthly project team meetings.

4. Serve as a strategic partner to multiple business and functional heads, establishing HR business objectives that align with the overall company plans and objectives.

5. Collaborate with teams and other HR Business Partners to drive a coherent global culture based on a shared set of values and company mission.

6. Influence and provide context on HR policies and the development of effective programs and procedures in response to business and staff needs.

7. Oversee HR processes including performance, compensation, employee engagement initiatives, and organization design work.

8. Provide timely, accurate and legally compliant guidance on HR management issues.

9. Coach Managers on performance management discussions, employee relations issues, discipline matters, and promotion / transfer / termination discussions.

10. Identify, analyse, create and facilitate training to employees at all levels on professional & personal development through regular meetings with Delivery Heads and the BU Heads of both AS & IMS

11. Effectively drive employee programs through the HR Team that reinforce our business culture.

12. Additional duties that fall into scope of providing HR support to any assigned team, or the company at-large.

13. Have their presence felt during engagement activities and drive the engagement plan through the BU’s through the HR Team.

14. Compliance with HR Metrics and delivery of HR reporting on a monthly basis and for global HR Operations teams on a quarterly basis.

15. Collating monthly people metrics and initiatives and presenting at account reviews at Delivery Review meetings

16. Monthly meeting with HR Team to provide direction, support for current projects and future projects.

17. Participate in any rotational duties assigned to assist the wider HR team.

18. Any other duties as assigned by HR Director
