Job Description

As an HRBP Manager, your role involves knowing the pulse of the account by engaging in regular meetings with the team and connecting through quarterly SKIPS with all employees. You will be responsible for partnering with BU Heads in managing all people-related matters for the account. Additionally, you will conduct monthly one-on-ones with Project Managers and attend monthly project team meetings. Your strategic partnership with multiple business and functional heads will involve aligning HR business objectives with the overall company plans and objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and drive a coherent global culture based on shared values and company mission by collaborating with teams and other HR Business Partners. - Provide context on HR policies, develop effective programs and procedures in response to business and staff needs. - Oversee HR processes including performance, compensation, employee engagement initiatives, and organization design work. - Offer timely, accurate, and legally compliant guidance on HR management issues. - Coach Managers on performance management, employee relations, discipline matters, and promotion/transfer/termination discussions. - Identify, analyze, create, and facilitate training for employees at all levels on professional & personal development. - Drive employee programs through the HR Team to reinforce the business culture. - Ensure compliance with HR Metrics and deliver HR reporting on a monthly basis and for global HR Operations teams quarterly. - Collate monthly people metrics and initiatives, presenting at account reviews during Delivery Review meetings. - Provide direction and support for current and future projects during monthly meetings with the HR Team. - Participate in any rotational duties assigned to assist the wider HR team. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in HR management roles. - Proven track record in strategic HR business partnering. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience in driving employee engagement initiatives and culture building. - Proficiency in HR metrics and reporting. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred. In this role, you may also be required to provide HR support to any assigned team or the company at large. Additionally, you are expected to have a presence during engagement activities and drive the engagement plan through the BUs with the HR Team. Your role will also involve participating in any other duties as assigned by the HR Director.,
