Job Description

You will be responsible for end-to-end Business Partnering for the largest business line at Intertek. This role involves executing the talent agenda for Caleb Brett, Agri, Chemical & Pharma & Assuris. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategy for the specific business lines, designing talent development plans, and integrating these plans with the organization's business strategy. You will play a crucial role in developing a high-performance culture, building a customer-centric team, and developing efficient and scalable HR systems to support Intertek's growth over the next five years. - Responsible for HR service delivery to the assigned businesses including management of complete employee life cycle. - Planning and forecasting manpower needs, including conceptualizing a robust talent pipeline in coordination with the Central Talent Acquisition team. - Leading and owning employee engagement in partnership with business leaders focusing on Engagement, Talent development, and retention. Providing career development options for key talent and critical positions. Identifying and preparing development plans for key employees. - Being a critical member of the HR Leadership team in South Asia. Contributing strongly to HR interventions from design to delivery. - Actively participating in business discussions and transferring/implementing best practices from different teams. - Working towards being an Employer of Choice in the TIC industry. - Enforcing and living the highest level of integrity and Doing business the Right way. You should have an MBA / PG Diploma in HR with 15-18 years of experience across various HR activities. Experience in partnering with business leaders in a dynamic business setting is required. Additionally, you should be curious with a keen mind for learning, well-versed in current HR trends and interventions, and possess a high level of self-initiated proactive approach with demonstrated pace, precision, and passion. It is essential to have strong people sense to understand the pulse of the organization with a strong execution bias to ensure impact. Effective communication with stakeholders across levels, the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a strong team of HR Business Partners, and the capability to zoom in and out as needed to design and deliver on strategic priorities are crucial. Experience in Employee Relations and Welfare, Statutory Compliance, Contract Labour Management, and HR Operations is also required.,
