We are looking for an HR Trainer who can effectively train, guide, and motivate our caregiver workforce while also contributing to people management, business growth, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions for caregivers on elder care, soft skills, communication, and compliance. Develop and implement training modules customized for elder home health care services. Ensure employee engagement by addressing challenges, grievances, and motivation needs. Work with management on hiring, onboarding, and performance management of caregivers. Handle conflicts, pressure situations, and problem-solving with empathy and professionalism. Support business development by building a skilled workforce aligned with organizational goals. Maintain accurate records of attendance, training logs, performance reviews, and compliance reports. Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service quality and caregiver readiness at client locations. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills.
