Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Mumbai. The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The role involves managing performance management processes, providing strategic HR support to align with company goals, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture. The HR Business Partner will act as an advisor to employees and managers, driving organizational effectiveness and talent development.


Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR Policies and general Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Have experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferred in BFSI sector.
  • Expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Laws
  • Proficiency in Performance Management and strategies to drive employee growth
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and provide strategic HR guidance
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • An advanced HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a dynamic organizational setting preferred
