Job Description

As a Team Leader in the company, your role will be to lead and inspire a team of Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers to provide debt advisory services to corporate and business clients. You will be responsible for P&L Ownership, developing execution plans, enhancing client relationships, monitoring performance, and fostering team development to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with corporate clients, including MSMEs and Mid Corporates, to provide expert advice on banking and financial products available across multiple Banks, NBFCs, and AIFs. - Utilize sound financial knowledge and understanding of the company's offerings to identify customer needs and provide suitable advice. - Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to facilitate the execution of business proposals. - Provide market intelligence and updates on the debt market. - Negotiate terms and conditions for the assignment at hand. - Lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve targets. - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance team performance, client engagement, and operational efficiency. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their financial needs with professionalism and urgency. - Set clear performance metrics, assess team progress, provide actionable feedback, and drive continuous improvement. - Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development programs to enhance team skills and product expertise. - Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high client satisfaction. - Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide team strategies and client offerings. - Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align business objectives and enhance service delivery. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Background: Masters degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field/ CA Qualified or Semi-qualified - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Business Banking, MSME, working capital exposure, or mid-market exposure in Banks, NBFCs, or corporate financial advisory companies - Location: Mumbai at Head office in Andheri - Skills: Leadership qualities, Communication skills, Analytical mindset, Organization skills, Attention to details, Problem-solving, Decision-making The work environment for this role is in the office, and it is a full-time employment opportunity.
