Human Resources Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated MBA (Finance & HR) fresher

Key Responsibilities:

Finance & Payroll Support

• Assist in monthly payroll preparation under guidance.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in processing reimbursements.
• Support in preparation of vouchers, invoices, and basic accounting entries.
• Learn and support statutory compliance processes (PF, ESI, PT).
• Coordinate with consultants and vendors for statutory filings and payments.

HR & Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals and social platforms.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and maintain trackers.
• Support in drafting offer letters, employee records, and onboarding activities.
• Assist with maintaining HR documentation and compliance records.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of HR and Finance concepts through academics or internship.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to both Finance and HR teams.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
