Role Overview You will be joining the Resource Management Group in Mumbai at AQM Technologies. As a Resource Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless project execution and will have the chance to be part of India's leading software testing lab. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update the resource database and availability tracker. - Assist in allocating and scheduling resources across projects. - Coordinate with HR and project teams to gather required data. - Prepare and update reports on resource utilization. - Learn and apply resource management tools and processes. Qualifications Required - Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/BMS HR/Operations/IT). - Good communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel; willingness to learn resource planning tools. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
