Job Description

Role Responsibility

The HR Manager is responsible for end to end recruitment, structured onboarding, documentation, administration, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records, taking learning & development initiatives, and overall team support. This role requires strong ownership, proactive execution, and clear communication to ensure smooth HR operations across departments.

This position plays a critical role in shaping employee experience, maintaining people processes, and contributing to the organization’s growth and culture-building efforts.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process from budgeting, role description, sourcing, to joining.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs, budgeting and close positions within defined timelines.
  • Conduct interviews, share evaluations, and ensure a positive candidate experience.


Onboarding & Induction

  • Plan and execute structured onboarding for new joiners, including orientation, documentation, and system access.
  • Ensure smooth integration of employees into the team and culture.


Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and policy acknowledgments.
  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Monitor adherence to company policies and statutory compliance requirements.


Administrative Work

  • Handle day-to-day HR operations including, ID creation, system allocation, and asset management.
  • Coordinate with internal &  finance teams for smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.


Team Management & Internal Support

  • Act as the point of contact for team queries and concerns.
  • Support employee relations, engagement, and conflict resolution.
  • Assist in performance management and team satisfaction initiatives.


Learning, Development & Training

  • Plan and implement training sessions and skill development programs.
  • Identify learning needs and work with leadership to build a growth-oriented environment.
  • Track participation and feedback on L&D initiatives.


Culture Building

  • Responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive, and value-driven workplace culture.
  • Promoting the organization's core values through daily practices, communication, and employee initiatives.
  • Actively initiate and coordinate HR-led activities that enhance team bonding, engagement, and overall workplace experience.



Ownership & Proactive Execution

  • Take full accountability for assigned responsibilities.
  • Ensure tasks are completed independently, without reminders.
  • Communicate updates proactively and maintain a problem-solving approach.
