Human Resources Associate

As an HR Associate at F13 Technologies, you will be an essential part of our dynamic Human Resources team. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to enhancing the employee experience. Your responsibilities will include: Recruitment and Onboarding: - Assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle from posting job openings to conducting reference checks. - Coordinating and facilitating new hire onboarding processes for a seamless experience. - Maintaining accurate applicant tracking and employee records. Employee Relations: - Being the first point of contact for employee inquiries and providing timely responses. - Assisting in the administration of employee benefits programs. - Supporting employee engagement initiatives and events. HR Administration: - Updating HR databases and systems. - Handling HR-related documents like offer letters, contracts, and performance reviews. - Assisting in the administration of HR policies and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Other Duties: - Supporting special HR projects and providing administrative assistance to the HR department. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. - Proficiency in G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience with HRIS systems and Slack. - Ability to maintain confidentiality and a proactive, positive attitude. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the technology industry. - SHRM or HRCI certification. This position offers a compensation of 3-4.5 LPA.
