Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate position based in Gurugram within the Human Resources (HR) department requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual to actively support various HR functions. The primary focus areas include Hiring, training & development, policy implementation, and employee onboarding. As an HR Associate, you play a crucial role in nurturing a positive work environment and ensuring that HR practices are in line with organizational objectives. Responsibilities entail supporting the planning and execution of employee training programs to enhance skills and performance. Additionally, you will assist in day-to-day HR functions to ensure seamless operations across different departments. Managing and conducting onboarding and induction programs for new hires is a key component of this role. Furthermore, operating and maintaining HRIS or HR-related software for accurate employee data tracking, as well as regularly updating and maintaining employee data sheets and documentation, are vital tasks. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in an HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with good organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with HR software and tools would be an added advantage.,
