Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resources Associate with experience in the civil construction sector to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring civil engineers and similar professionals. This role requires strong leadership, ownership, and excellent communication skills to align with the company’s vision of building a robust talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for civil engineering and related roles using top job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.). Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for civil construction projects. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain a talent pool of civil engineers and professionals in the civil domain. Communicate job details, company culture, and project expectations to candidates effectively. Onboarding & Documentation: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with HR policies and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using MS Office tools. Employer Branding: Promote Trum Tower as an employer of choice within the civil construction sector. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging job advertisements and campaigns (knowledge of marketing is a plus). Data & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics and provide reports to senior HR management. Leverage MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and presentations. Additional Responsibilities: Stay updated on trends in the civil construction industry to align recruitment strategies. Assist in HR-related initiatives, such as employee engagement and policy implementation, as needed. Qualifications & Skills Education: Any Graduation or Post-Graduation degree. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in HR/recruitment, preferably in the civil construction or related sector. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the civil construction industry and roles such as civil engineers, structural engineers, or project managers. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with top job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for recruitment tracking and reporting. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and ownership qualities to drive recruitment initiatives. Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal) to engage with candidates and stakeholders. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Add-On Skills: Basic knowledge of finance and marketing will be an advantage.
