Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Human Resources Intern located in Bhopal. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including coordinating HR policies, managing personnel records, supporting employee benefits administration, and contributing to overall HR strategy and management. The role involves handling essential HR documentation, facilitating employee engagement activities, and supporting recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Experience or familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits administration and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s degree (or current pursuit of one) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage responsibilities independently
