Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate located in Ghaziabad. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for managing HR operations, supporting HR management, and overseeing training and development programs. Daily tasks include employee onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and providing support during recruitment processes. The role requires strong communication skills to facilitate employee relations and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Training & Development
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to manage and maintain employee records efficiently
• Proficiency in coordinating recruitment processes and training sessions
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the solar industry is a plus
