Job Summary:

The HR Associate supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance. The role helps ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and fosters a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the

  recruitment process

  — sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
• Support

  onboarding and induction

  activities for new employees.
• Maintain and update

  employee records

  (HRIS, attendance, leave, and personal files).
• Coordinate and execute

  employee engagement initiatives

  and internal communication programs.
• Handle

  exit formalities

  , including clearance and documentation.
• Support compliance with

  HR policies, statutory regulations

  , and organizational procedures.
• Prepare and maintain

  HR reports

  and assist in audits when required.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or completed a

  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in HR or a related role (freshers with internship experience may apply).
• Proficiency in

  MS Office

  and familiarity with

  HR software/tools

• Strong

  communication, coordination, and interpersonal
