Job Description

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with employees and candidates remotely, handling both recruitment and basic HR tasks. They should have strong organizational skills, the ability to assess candidate potential, and be proactive in supporting employee needs. They should be committed to helping the startup grow by contributing to both hiring and HR operations.


Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future positions.
  • Conduct interviews via phone, video calls, or other remote methods.
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
  • Assist with onboarding, employee records, and basic HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leaves, and support payroll or administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee or candidate queries.
  • Support management with general HR and admin tasks as needed.



Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • High-energy, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Fresher or up to 1 year of HR/recruitment experience is acceptable.
