Human Resources Associate

You are an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies. In this role at Snapmint, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top and mid-level talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that aligns with the organization's goals and culture. Your responsibilities will include managing end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments, developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms. You will also be expected to build strong pipelines of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles, partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Monitoring and reporting recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates will be part of your role, along with identifying and engaging passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, along with 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a start-up or consultancy environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required, as well as the proven ability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
