Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Support HR operations including payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance. Assist in designing and implementing HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems. Drive employee engagement activities and initiatives to nurture workplace culture. Handle queries related to HR, benefits, and company policies. Partner with leadership in building a talent pipeline for future growth. Requirements 2–7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations). Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, organized, and detail oriented. Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
